Schedule

Here is a rough draft of the schedule. As this is an Unconf, schedule is largely dictated by participants, but we have some coming and going times that are subject to change.

Day Zero: April 14th

• 9:30am: Arrive at John Deere Financial, get coffee & light breakfast.
• 10am: Day Zero workshops begin
• 12pm: Break for lunch (provided)
• 1pm: Continue the day zero workshop
• 5pm: Break for dinner (not provided at another location TBD)

Day One: April 15th

• 8:30am: Arrive at John Deere Financial, get coffee & light breakfast.
• 9am: Message from the organizers, introductions, icebreakers
• 9:45am: Mingle, pick a project to work on and get going
• 12pm: Break for lunch (provided)
• 12:30pm: Optional break for discussion about topics of interest. See this issue
• After lunch: continue to work on projects
• 5:30pm: Break for dinner (provided)
• Evening: Vacate space by time TBD

Day Two: April 16th

• 8:30am: Arrive at John Deere Financial, get coffee & light breakfast.
• 9am: Continue project work. Note you may switch projects at any time.
• 12pm: Break for lunch (provided)
• 12:30pm: Optional break for discussion about topics of interest. See this issue
• After lunch: continue to work on projects
• 3:30pm: prepare your project for "reporting out." This may involve a demo of your Shiny app or presenting your work in the README file of your github repo.
• 4:00pm: Reporting out of projects. Each project will only have 5 minutes, though this is subject to change according to how many projects there are.
• 5:30pm: Vacate space. (Optional) Meet for dinner (not provided) at another location for folks leaving the next morning.
