British English spelling or American English?

In a recent conversation, it became clear that VU Amsterdam as a housestyle aims to maintain british english spelling. However, we have not done so here.

Question: Do we want to try to be in line with the house style?

It would not be too much work to update but it is something we could standardize. Right now we are probably a mix 🥲
