Doxygen docs and deployment to github-pages broken

I see that there is a generateDocumentationAndDeploy.sh script and some attempt to deploy docs to github-pages, but it is not working. On https://github.com/ubneutrinos/searchingfornues under "Deployments" it shows "280 deployments" to github-pages, with the last 2 years ago, but following that link and clicking on https://ubneutrinos.github.io/searchingfornues/ results in a "404 not found" error.

It would be very helpful to new analyzers to have the documentation generated by the doxygen script, particularly for the ntuple field definitions, which otherwise need to be dug out of files such as NuMuSelection_tool.cc, DefaultAnalysis_tool.cc, CC0piNpSelection_tool.cc, etc.
