Installing Xyce converter v0.3.2 and v0.3.3 fails

I'm tying to upgrade Typhoon-hil 2022.2 (x64) on Windows 10 Pro 21H1 (x64) with the latest Xyce library v0.3.2 but get the following error message when running installation.tse. I tried version v0.3.3 and get the same error message.
