navbar opactity

the navbar has a transparent background and while scrolling it is clashing with the other website components and becomes less readable .
i would like to fix this issue by making the background of navbar more solid in color that is increasing its opacity.
@tushargupta1504 i believe i can do this task efficiently as i have a strong hold over css styling. could you please assign me this task under GSSoC24 ext and hactoberfest also add the label of level to this issue.
