[Feature Request] Add "Toggle Auto Trigger" as command to command palette

Hi,
thanks a lot for this cool plugin. I use it via the "Auto trigger" for drafting scientific papers, but I switch it off during other daily tasks since the popup window can be a bit disturbing, for example when using other plugins with pop-up windows. Therefore, it would be cool to have a dedicated command in the command palette to Toggle the Auto Trigger. People who need this command very often could then also assign a hotkey to it, which would greatly enhance the workflow.
What do you think about this idea?
