如何设置头图默认为文章中第一张图片，好多之前的文章里没设置头图，一个一个手动设置真的头秃

这个可能需要很多代码上的改动(￣▽￣)
主要是需要在php里实现html解析，比较麻烦，可能还需要修改数据库来达到目的
