[Feature] Scraper settings per domain / group

I've got some domains for which I want to monitor keywords more frequently. It would be super helpful to tweak the scraping settings for them, such as how often they're checked and whether to retry if a scrape fails. Maybe we could also group these domains together and apply the settings to the whole group at once?
