The idea is to write a go cli for the etl_pipeline repo which simplifies developing, building and running containers on docker.

Developing: the cli runs the python scripts locally
Testing: the cli builds and runs the containers in docker
Pushing: the cli pushes the images to docker.hub or similar
Deploying: the cli deploys yaml manifest in kubernetes
