Add a restart process button to the Online Editor view

Possibly add a button in the "Setting" pane of the online editor. I should not be forced to go through the painful and tedious procedure of (finding and then) switching tabs to restart my site.

Um... you can press Alt+Enter in the editor to restart your site.

The ALT + ENTER should probably be documented somewhere a little better, though; I don't think we have it anywhere

• Restart process: For dynamic sites, this button restarts your site's main process. In a lot of cases, you'll need to restart your website to apply changes. (You can also restart your site's process by pressing Alt+Enter on the online editor page.)
