Render non navigable network (canal, river ?) at zoom 9-12

Do we really need it?

We are focused on navigable waterways, and I'm not sure that in medium zoom levels we need this kind of non central information.

The problem is that some waterways are visible at "all" zoom levels (ie Le Petit Rhône), and some other "disappeared" with certain zoom levels (ie Canal Philippe Lamour).

One is a polygon, the other is just a line.
