[BUG] Potential issues with recording and loading live timing data

Multiple problems with recording and loading live timing data came up

• session status data is not recorded, likely an issue with the recorder not subscribing to this topic
• session info is missing; might need to start recording earlier or this topic is unavailable? Needs to be investigated.
• timing data fails to load in case of missing session info because there is no session start time. Check if it is possible to load despite missing session start time
