System Error ffmpeg.dll not found

Hi there. Just looking for some guidance on an issue I'm having. This happened after trying to install some plugins and I'm not sure what happened. I'm getting a system error saying "The code execution cannot proceed because ffmpeg.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't do anything. Is that just a .dll I can install separately? How could it have just gone missing?
