telnyx_webrtc: ^0.1.2

Describe the bug
Outdated uuid package dependency in telnyx_webrtc causing conflicts with other project dependencies.

Expected behaviour
telnyx_webrtc depends on uuid: ^4.0.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Install telnyx_webrtc to your project.
Install any other flutter package that depends on uuid ^4.0.0

same here

a lot of packages nowadays depends on uuid package so will be nice to see this updated.
