Mechanics

Objective: continued lotteries for participation with a fee.

Rules:

• Each participation (create/update flow) triggers a draw, but a fee is required. (Batch call needed)
• Flow deletion also triggers a draw.
• Each draw generates one winner, who will gets a flow combining all flows to the lottery contract.
