Can you please explain how you recorded the signal in the help picture? Which software?

I had some problem with this too but finally found out :)

I recorded using gqrx (https://github.com/csete/gqrx) and then opened the file in Audacity and manually counted the samples.

Well, in my case I got 33 kHz but will probably differ for you but you can try it.

I tried different settings in Gqrx but gets no good results. What settings are you using?
