Lacking 2.0 features

This mod still works in 2.0, but lacks the features 2.0 added to the outliner which make the planet section more useful, namely reminders that there are available upgrades, tile blockers that can be removed, or unemployed pops.

There does appear to be space to cram these in between the name and the progress bars, though it might be a little tight.

Aaand I've just noticed that there's an issue on the other tinymod that covers this, but nevermind, I've written it now and it'll be a good reminder that tiny planets would benefit from being updated too.
