I never installed a folder with the name "ardupilot_gazebo_ap".
I also could not find the file "gazebo-iris-gimbal-ngps.parm"

How can I fix that? thanks!

Hi @RoyAmoyal ! You'll have to pull: ardupilot_gazebo_ap.
Also, I am writing a bash script to set it all up at once. I'll push that asap and revert back once I'll do that.

Hi @RoyAmoyal ! You can run the new setup.sh script to set up everything.
