XMPP, HTTP File Upload doesn't work both to and from.

I'm on the latest iPhone 15 Pro.
All the other devices, android, PC, web, can download from each other but on iOS it doesn't seem to work?

Even ChatSecure doesn't do it too but the text messages go through.

What do I do?

I'm using Openfire and the HTTP File Upload plugin is installed and works for everything else.
