Links In Conversations Not Linking The Entire Link Text

Describe the bug
When a link is received in a conversation it was observed that the last two characters were not included in the "link" that was made tappable, even though the full link was in the message.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Receive a message with a link and either an emoji (suspected) or number (also suspect) in the link.
