Describe the bug

The error occurred almost every 3 time when the database is unlocking.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Lock the database
  2. Unlock the database
  3. Use Windows Hello to unlock
  4. An error popped up

Expected behavior

Unlock the database without any error.

Operating System Windows 11
KeePass 2.57.1 (x64)
Plugin KeePassWinHello 3.3.1.0, KeeAgent 0.13.6.0, KeePassNatMsg 2.0.17.0, KeePassPinentry 1.0.0.0, KeePassOTP 1.7

Hardware info

  • PC Motherboard or laptop/tablet model: Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio 2
  • Used biometric sensors: Windows Hello with facial recognition
  • TPM module info (Win+R => tpm.msc): TPM 2.0

Plugin settings

  • Is persistent mode enabled ("Store keys in Windows Credential Manager" checked)

KeePass settings and environment

  • Is secure desktop enabled
  • Is KeePass running under Administrator (in elevated process)
  • Was it right after hibernation
  • Was KeePass minified or closed

Hey, I got the same issue. I'm a new user of the plugin. It worked 2-3 times then it started to do this.
