heagy-2023-geotech-symposium

The notebook Geotech-ztem-example.ipynb (or equivalently, the python file: Geotech-ztem-example.py runs a forward simulation for ZTEM data.

To run this, you can:

  1. can clone or download the repository. From the command line

    git clone https://github.com/simpeg-research/heagy-2023-geotech-symposium.git
    
  2. Change into the heagy-2023-geotech-symposium directory

    cd heagy-2023-geotech-symposium
    
  3. Create the environment

    conda env create -f environment.yml
    
  4. Activate that environment

    conda activate simpeg-geotech
    
  5. Run the script, or launch Jupyter using

    jupyter lab
