Sync user settings between computers

Syncing user settings can be very, very good because if I change a setting on one computer I would like it to be able to sync on the other computer

The base already exists (Session synchronization via Google Drive)
The point is just to add settings synchronization

Regarding what to synchronize from the settings, I would say that not all settings should be synchronized
These are only the main ones like for example:

• Everything under Auto save (very important, high priority)
• Save tab groups
• URL list to ignore when saving session
• Restore window's position

In my opinion, these are the settings that should be added for automatic saving and synchronization between the computers

It is important to be able to turn off this option through "Cloud sync"
The option can be called "Sync Settings"
