Tutorial video?

This plugin comes highly recommended.

My first attempt to use it resulted in the duplication of 180 tabs with seemingly no way to undo other than manually closing all the identical tabs.

I suspect it doesn't work the way I expect. But I can't find any documentation on git, or on the webpage that says how it does work.

A video showing a work flow / use case would be immensely helpful. A youtube search did not produce anything relevant.
