Many issues with map display, malfunctioning widgets #51

Map display not working correctly (for example cannot zoom). Some buttons and dropdowns not working (e.g. cannot enter FIRMS API credentials, cannot modify Planet date for imagery selection).

I couldn't reproduce zoom issue, could you detail it more?
Regarding dropdowns, the bug was referenced in openforis/sepal_ui#602, apparently the z-index of selection widgets is hidden when using full screen. It was however fixed with sepal_ui>=2.13.0.
Thanks for reporting I will update to latest version.
