Make search better? (Keeps pulling spanish versions of titles)

Is there a way I can tune Audnexus to not suck?

For instance it takes the file "Kate Lister - A Curious History of Sex.m4b" (wife wanted to listen to it lol) and returns "Kate Lister - Una curiosa historia del sexo [A Curious History of Sex]" despite having my region set to us. I will never have a spanish file, so I thought setting my region would fix this but it doesn't. It took 'Andy Weir - Artemis" and returned "Phillip Palmer - Artemis". Creating a metadata file manually for all of these files seems to go against the entire purpose of this container but I am about ready to give up on it and go back to mp3Tagger.

Hitting M to list more candidates returns only the same file. In fact more candidates NEVER gives back any more candidates but that may be its own issue.
