Description

Would it be possible to add/extend an option to add a channel ID to the group ID in the format -GroupID/Channel or ChatID like -10020202020/2001

Desired Behavior

With the ability to include the ChatID/ChannelID, you could send Telegram messages to specific, selected channels, which would help readability
