[Feature request]: Simultaneous Settings/Info Pages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I'd like to be able to check in real time how changing settings affects FPS, without having to swap back and forth between Settings and Info pages that can't be open simultaneously.

Settings and Info pages can be open simultaneously.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatively, combine Settings and Info into one window - being able to swap to Info as a tab rather than a separate window would be good too.
