I'm receiving an Authorization Error message when clicking on the URL to authorize my client_secrets.json file. Expanding the error shows

If you’re the app developer, make sure that these request details comply with Google policies.
redirect_uri: urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob

I get this auth error.

Octoprint has not completed the Google verification process. The app is currently being tested, and can only be accessed by developer-approved testers. If you think you should have access, contact the developer.
If you are a developer of Octoprint, see error details.
Error 403: access_denied
