Include an iOS 7-like demo project

iOS 7 introduces this behaviour in Mail and other pre-installed apps.

While the behaviour doesn't appear to be the same for all the apps (perhaps they're trying to figure out which one it should be) it does borrow from the same convention and the subclass easily supports any of the behaviours seen in the apps.
