How to reuse notifier logic for different providers using code generation

Without code generation you can define a Notifier with methods to update the state. Then you can declare multiple different providers using this notifier. With code generation however I don't know how to reuse notifier logic and am having to duplicate logic in the different notifier provider declarations. Is it something I am missing or its not possible yet?
