Just had a meeting with Anke, Michiel, Nico and Lien about data for brown rat.
The distinction between observation and intervention should be based on the field Materiaal_Consumptie, this shows what was used per intervention.
Speaking of, every row should be seen as an intervention, occurrences are only possible for private land when a land owner calls in to rato to request management. This is in their database as Dossier_Status == Opvolging administratie or Dossier_Status == openstaand veldwerker. Since we don't get those records, all rat data from should be seen as intervention only. And there is no way for us to really tell if a rat was seen or not seen, if traces were found, very rarely this information might be in Actie (or maybe maybe in waarneming).
Materiaal Vast is only for stuff that stays there, and while it makes sence that it's there for Anke, we shouldn't use it in this case.
Anke will schedule a meeting with Emiel and me to sort out the missing field.
