Hi I thought that d3d1xTokenizedProgramFormat.hpp plus d3d10umddi.h contained 
all info for binary format parsing and decoding but you say "Unfortunately, 
Microsoft has not publicly documented the compiled shader model 4/5 binary 
format" so I'm not right or you weren't aware of it?
