[feature] Add possibility to rewrite AppKit options

What problem does this new feature solve?

HI there!
I try to use AppKit for different networks like one-by-one, I mean for every selected currency I configure AppKit diferently, so I use method updateOptions, but when I call it, this one save previous options and add new one, but I need to delete prev options, and I guess it can be not only me :)

Add here flag like "rewriteOprtions" and if true OptionsController.setOptions(newOptions);
