Sync private repos

One limitation of sync2jira is that it requires repos to be public. If a team has a private repo they want to sync issues into Jira from, there is not a supported pathway that I'm familiar with. Moving that to be directly managed in Jira, if all their other work is in GitHub, and splitting themselves across two tools is not ideal either.

Is there another way that we could get the data necessary to export?
