Authentication on the Home page, user name is not visible due to the wrong color; should be the same of List and Map pages

Moreover, if the user is authenticated, the icon is not shown in green.

@dsuren1 I had some feedbacks from the client on this:

The color of the icon is still not correct:

The icon is green both for logged and not logged users, and becomes black on mouse over.

The correct behaviour is this:

• always black (no color change onMouseOver)
• the background is green for logged users and becomes a lighter green on mouse over

Logout has no effect!
