Issue with BR_GetMouseCursorContext() in arrange view and items

Hello.

I have one track with items on different lanes are there. I have another track with "free item positioning" option and just track with just items. There are three types (I think) of tracks we have.

But BR_GetMouseCursorContext() can not to understand these types. And on the end of this long GIF (sorry for that and many thanks for your time) I'm showing this issue with my script to delete (or mute) items on right mouse click.
