Search for existing reddit/HN conversations when a link is posted to a thread channel

Algolia hosts a HN search and reddit has its own API. I think it'd be a nice boost to the discussions here if the bot could share other conversations (probably with some quality heuristics, like score or number of comments so empty threads don't get linked).
