Moving the notification pop up

I try to redesign my ui, and now that i moved, some element on the taskbar, mainly the sytem try, network, clock, to somewhere closer to the middle, i face an issue, because the notification always open on the bottom right, and i try to find a way, to move those panel, to where i moved the sys tray, network clock...., i made a quick screen shot to visualize what i mean.

AS you could see there on bottom right, but my objectif would be to have them on the red rectangle, i wrote on the screen, i try to explore the ShellExperienceHost.exe the process to see those notification with uwpspy, but i can't seem to be able to find how to move them, it also not moving how i want or got cut by an invisible wall on the right, when i tried to move it where i would want it to be..., so if someone could help me thx.

not sure or how to move it correctly for him to not got cut...
i'm using the margin to try to move it maybe i should try to use something else but not sure what...
