If it is possible, I would like this premade theme to be extended to the keyboard layout on the taskbar.

what do you mean? which theme? what keyboard layout? Could you give more info please?
EDIT: are you referring to the Language Flyout? I can absolutely add that in, are you using the translucent theme?
