I always have a minimum of 24 Explorer windows open each time I restart my PC (I don't know why, that's just my routine!). Within each of those folders are, of course, multiple sub-folders. When working within a sub-folder then closing it, I occasionally will also accidentally close the main folder (Windows is set to open each folder in its own window). I'd love to see an option where certain folders could be tagged as needing to remain open, and have Aerexplorer display a prompt "Are you sure you want to close this folder?" if I accidentally try to close one that's tagged.
