Better Debugging Tools

Some people aren't able to flash, and it's not obvious how to troubleshoot. We should have some tools that give the user insight into what is wrong.

One thing that should happen here (especially in light of the recent QMK size increase) is for the tool to detect the error about the code and bootloader overlapping, and to display a more friendly popup saying that the hex file is too large.
