Not display video on mobile iphone

Good afternoon, I have a problem with chrome for iphone, in android the video is displayed and remains without starting as it should. On iphone it does not display the video if I have the autoplay: false property. If I put autoplay: true I have to touch the screen for the video to be displayed. This happens to me on iphone
PD: useOnMobile is on true value
I would appreciate if anyone knows why this happens.
