The last actual release (not beta or alpha version) was v0.14.1 released almost two years ago. I think it's time to release an actual v1.0.0

Hi @AndersBennedsgaard ,

We totally agree.

There are few more changes/checks we need to make to the operator before we can release.

This is important for us, and we will release sometime soon.

Do you have a list of those changes available somewhere for us users to see? It would be nice to get some idea of what is missing

This would be great... there is a lot in v1.0.0-beta.5 that we need but I'm a little wary of using it since it's still just a nightly build.
