In the tower_ees directory we have files with names that do not match the container names and/or EE names. This is confusing and leads to mistakes when pushing rebuilt EEs up to quay.io and from there to Tower.

Make sure the files in the tower_ees directory match the names of the containers on quay.io and the names of the EEs in Tower itself.
