New VM for Fable testing

Describe the VM(s) you need

@sandbergja and @christinach will use this VM for user-testing with Fable on the approvals system. We want to be on a separate VM so that we don't reveal any of the staff information to the testers.

How many VMs do you need?

• Number of VMs: 1

What should the FQDN(s) be? (for example, our-new-project-staging1.princeton.edu):

• FQDN: approvals-testing1.lib.princeton.edu
• The VM should have a private IP
• The VM should run on the production load balancer

What virtual resources does each VM need?

• Number of CPUs per VM: 2
• Amount of memory per VM (in GB): 8GB
• Amount of storage/disk space per VM (in GB): 48GB
• DNS name: https://approvals-testing.princeton.edu

What firewall changes should be made? (for example, port 22 for SSH, etc.)

• Shared staging postgres = port 5432
• SSH = port 22
• http = port 80
• https = port 443
