The file doesn't present in the provided path.
Tell me whether the provided weight file is trained using VGGFace and ColorFERET dataset.
If the weight file is available, tell me whether I should create it by training the model.
Please tell me.

No, the weights are based on the ArcFacel model trained on the MS1M dataset. We do not have weights for VGGFace and ColorFERET.
