Physical Printer Login Issue #13992

Hello,

I got through step 15 of this guide:
https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/prusalink-prusa-connect-with-rpi-3-4-usb-mk2-5-s-mk3-s-_469341
Now, whenever I go to the Physical Printer tab in PrusaSlicer 2.9.0, I see a login popup briefly appear, then disappear. The page then just says "Something Went Wrong" with the option to RELOAD.
How am I able to get to the login?
