Sorry, I don't think this is the right fix. Markdown links should be relative, so they work within the source and other deployments. In other words, the links here: https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/blob/release-2.55/docs/index.md I imagine it is during the process of deployment onto https://prometheus.io/docs/prometheus/latest/ that something goes wrong. |

Resolves prometheus/docs#2384.
Points the documentation links from the relative markdown link (which 404s when deployed) to the latest URL for those docs. I've checked each link to ensure it does not 404.
