Headings inside tech switcher don't display in right side TOC

The docs tech switcher will currently only accept headings in HTML form, and not Markdown. These are then not added to the TOC due to a known issue with Gatsby and MDX.

I would double check if that is actually, fully true and it indeed does not accept Markdown headlines at all or if there were other reasons sometimes HTML was used instead.
